Coming out of the fine State of Colorado, House Bill 1050. Rep. Don Marostica (R), who represents House District 51, and rides a Harley, has introduced a bill that would be of great benefit to the disabled, and older people who may want to get in the wind, but can’t balance a regular motorcycle, and pass the currant motorcycle riding test.

House Bill 1050 would divide the currant motorcycle endorsement into two categories: 1. General, for any type of motorcycle, 2. Limited, for a three wheeled motorcycle only, it would restrict use to trikes only.

This bill would allow would-be riders who may be, disabled, or unstable on two wheelers, to test on a trike and obtain a motorcycle license.
